Colette was born and raised in Kansas City Mo. She obtained her BA at the University of Missouri of Kansas City where she met her husband Dr. Jason Stibich. A few years later, they moved to the Tampa Bay area.

Colette is one of the founders of Impact Academy School in Seffner and Impact Academy South in Tampa. Both schools were established utilizing her and her partner’s vision for the education of their special needs sons and others children. She and her family currently reside in the Apollo Beach area. She has two amazing boys (Julian – 16 yrs old and Christian – 15 yrs old). She is a very proud mom and actively involved with her children. She and her husband have been happily married for over 20 years.

They share the love of sports with their children. Colette with Julian’s former therapist (Ms. Tina) and family friend started a Challenger division of baseball at the East Bay Youth Athletics Vance Vogel Park a few years ago.   Colette enjoys boating and camping with her family and friends.

Tina grew up in Jamestown, RI and was a successful gymnast through college where she competed four years at Springfield College, Springfield, MA. In 1992, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation.  Two years later, she returned to school to complete a Masters of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy.

Tina has 17 years of pediatric therapy experience working in a variety of settings.  Initially, Tina received training and experience at The Ayres Clinic in Torrance, CA. There, veteran sensory integration therapists Patti Oetter and Patricia Wilbarger trained her.  After four years at the clinic she moved onto a public school system position in Manhattan Beach, CA.  Tina developed the first in-house occupational therapy department for Manhattan Beach school system. In 2005, Tina and her family moved to the Tampa Bay area to be closer to her parents. Since moving to Tampa, she has worked in a private practice and most recently brought her skills to All Children’s Hospital and the Specialty Care Center in Brandon where she has worked since 2009.

Tina is a trained provider for Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic listening, Handwriting without Tears, The Alert Program (How Does your Engine Run?) and the Wilbarger protocol (deep pressure brushing). Tina lives in Riverview with her husband, Craig and four of their six boys, Ryan, Jason, James, Christopher, Johnny and Jackson.  Her dream of adding a Challenger division to East Bay Youth Athletics has turned into Buddy Ball and a successful partnership with Colette to improve the lives of special needs children in the Tampa Bay area.

RV_head_shot     Rob Vigh – Co-Director – Head Coach 

ROBERT A. VIGH  is an attorney in the Tampa firm of Solomon, Vigh, et al.   He and his wife Kathy, have been married for 23 years and have three sons, Garrett (17), Gavin (15) and Cameron (12).   He is a Tampa native and returned to Tampa after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Psychology (1989) and a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University Law School, cum laude (1993).

He has coached youth sports for 14 years.  Primarily, he has coached baseball (14 years), but has also coached soccer, flag football, and tackle football.  He has coached travel baseball teams as well as little league teams.  In 2011, he was a coach the Riverview Rockets 11U team that won the GSA Fall State Championship.  He has been a coach for Buddyball teams at East Bay since the league was formed.  He has been very involved in the little league management over the years serving at different times as Safety Officer, Player Agent, Division Director and League President.  


Image     Lindsay Rosato – Co-Director – Events Specialist

Lindsay is a University of South Florida alumnus holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. She is a young, vibrant and successful business owner of Print Source Inc., a printing and design firm founded in 1988 by her late father, Albert Rosato Jr. Following in her father’s large footsteps, Lindsay works to help other business owners and managers overcome today’s volatile economic challenges by offering marketing solutions and products that are cost effective and promote increased revenue.
In addition to the numerous hours she devotes to Buddy Ball, Lindsay also serves as a Co-Director for Hooked on Hope, a local non-profit that supports women fighting breast cancer in the Tampa Bay area.
Lindsay is extremely honored to be apart of this amazing organization and is looking forward to the growth of Buddy Ball and the joy of helping the lives of children with special needs.
